Buffalo Boat Tours is a locally-owned, family-operated company in business since 2009. We started our company running tours and charters on the Spirit of Buffalo and have continually grown and expanded offerings ever since. We are passionate about delivering impeccable customer service and exceptional experiences on the water. We love sharing our rich, local history and waterways with our guests and welcome you aboard to experience Buffalo and Western New York in a whole new way.
OUR FLEET
Sail back in time aboard the Spirit of Buffalo and discover traditional sailing on a classic 73-foot topsail schooner. This beautiful vessel with its magnificent red sails is available for both day and evening sails on Lake Erie. Assist the crew as they hoist the sails, or sit back and relax as you enjoy our city from a whole new vantage point! Full bar and bathroom below deck.
Historical narrations by day, lakefront celebrations by night! Join us for a Buffalo River History Tour to hear the story of the Erie Canal, Buffalo’s history as the largest grain port in the world, and experience the nation’s largest collection of standing grain elevators from just a few feet away. In the evenings, our double-decker riverboat is hosting entertaining Game Nights, Caribbean Cruises and other fantastic live music cruises. Full bar and bathrooms on main deck.
